Prior to this, Hugh worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Sierra Meat & Seafood and a Center of the Plate Specialist at US Foods, where the experience spanned over three years after a brief retirement. Notable achievements include transforming the Cherokee plant at Iowa Food Group from shutdown to operational status with USDA approval in just 120 days. Hugh's career began at Sysco in 1998, where various roles included Sr. District Manager and National Brand Manager, with a promotion to the corporate office for brand development.
