Jesse Stephan

Jesse Stephan currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Sysco, overseeing compensation, benefits, mobility, and HR policies while contributing to the Global HR Leadership Team. Prior to Sysco, Jesse was the Senior Director and Head of Total Rewards at Westlake Chemical, where responsibilities included compensation and benefit programs, as well as merger and acquisition integration efforts. Jesse's experience includes a role as Benefits Manager at Phillips 66, managing global benefits programs from the company's inception, and as Manager of Expatriate Management at ConocoPhillips, focusing on policy competitiveness and compliance. Additionally, Jesse worked as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Panalpina, where achievements included establishing a mobility department and formal policy frameworks. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
