Jill Vail

Jill Vail is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and coaching environments, currently serving as the Director of Sales Strategy & Execution at Sysco since September 2020. Previously, Jill held multiple leadership roles at Sysco Montana, including Director of Business Resources and Marketing, where a high-performing team was empowered to make decisions and foster a customer-centric culture. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Review Manager, providing comprehensive consulting for independent foodservice operators, and earlier roles as a Marketing Associate and Relief Marketing Associate. Jill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Montana State University-Bozeman, obtained in 1998.
