John Klimes

John Klimes, DML, is currently the Director of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance at Sysco, where they oversee the general maintenance, repair, and appearance of facilities. Prior to this role, they served in various leadership positions, including Director of Transportation for the New York Army National Guard, managing logistics for over 170 Soldiers and vehicles. John’s experience spans multiple roles in logistics and operations, where they demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and achieve significant cost savings in the most challenging environments. They earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Management from Nyack College.
