Joseph Presler is the FSQA Director at Sysco Specialty Meat Group, where they have overseen SQF systems and compliance programs for over 30 years in the food industry. With experience in Halal, Organic, MSC/ASC programs, Joseph has a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and food safety standards. They have held various leadership positions, including Executive Sous Chef and Quality Assurance Manager, while managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Food Safety at Johnson & Wales University, Joseph remains committed to enhancing food safety practices and operational efficiencies across their organization.
