Katherine Williams, Ed.D., is a Senior Director of Organizational Development at Sysco, where they advance people and talent practices to enhance organizational performance. They have extensive experience in educational settings and healthcare, having previously held roles including Organizational Development Practitioner and Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where they led culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies. Katherine began their career as a math teacher, eventually becoming the Coordinator of Assessment Systems Integration at Kurt Hahn Expeditionary Learning School.
