Kim Albritton MS, RDN, LDN is the Corporate Dietitian for Sysco Food Service in the Gulf Coast Region. They have extensive experience in food and nutrition management, including roles as Director of Nutrition Services at both LSU Health Sciences Center and Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Kim has also served as a Registered Dietitian at The Wellness Center and provided clinical nutrition management and training support with Sodexo Healthcare. They have been an Adjunct Professor at Louisiana Tech University since 2003, teaching Clinical Nutrition Assessment and mentoring dietetic internship students.
