Mariana Lovera

Mariana Lovera has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a New Business Developer, District Sales Manager, and Sales Consultant at Sysco since June 2021. Prior to this, Mariana worked at Ferguson Enterprises from October 2018 to June 2021 in various sales roles, including Showroom Sales and Plumbing Inside Sales. Mariana also has experience from DHL Express, where responsibilities included national management of the Contact Center and supervision of service quality and sales campaigns from July 2012 to February 2015. Earlier in the career, Mariana served as a Customer Service Coordinator at Cruzsalud, C.A., managing corporate accounts and overseeing call center operations from March 2009 to July 2012. Education includes a specialization in Management and Integrated Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Universidad Metropolitana, along with an Associate's degree in ESL from the University of Toronto.
