Matt Farley

Matt Farley, M.S. HRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Sysco, where responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, maintaining HRIS systems, processing payroll, and handling employee relations with unions. Prior to Sysco, Matt worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Winters Bros. Waste Systems, overseeing HR functions for over 500 employees, including onboarding, payroll processing, and performance management. Additionally, Matt served as a Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter at NY State Solar, focusing on recruitment for various sales divisions. Matt holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
