Matthew Neyman

Matthew Neyman is a seasoned sustainability leader with extensive functional experience in corporate sustainability, project management, and strategic planning. At Mars, they served as the Sustainability Accounting Manager from 2018 to 2021, managing comprehensive sustainability accounting and reporting processes. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at Smarter Solutions Consulting, where they focused on sustainability accounting methodologies and environmental impact assessments. Matthew is currently the Senior Manager of Sustainability at Sysco and has also contributed to Pollination as a Director, guiding climate change advisory efforts. They hold an MBA in Finance from Purdue University and are currently pursuing international business studies at Tsinghua University.
