Micah Franklin is a detail-oriented and transformative leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sysco, where they leverage their expertise in operations management, employee development, and strategic planning. Previously, Micah held several positions including Distribution Center Manager at McLane Company, Inc. and IFS Coordinator at US Foods, focusing on associate development and efficient workflows. With a strong foundation in safety management and food safety from their time at Sysco Food Services of S.E. Florida and Sun Commodities, Micah is committed to enhancing organizational performance and regulatory compliance. Micah earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University.
