Michael Adkisson

Michael Adkisson is an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a strong background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Supply Chain Omnichannel at Sysco since October 2022, Michael provides omnichannel point of contact Center of Excellence support. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Panaseas International & STVA Scaffold, Michael successfully increased yearly net income from 2.1% to 9%. In the role of Project Director at Cogent Analytics, Michael created standard operating procedures for material processing and translated client objectives into operational and financial projects. While Director of Warehouse and Materials Management at CSAT Solutions LP, Michael achieved a $300,000 annual wage savings through staff consolidation and effectively managed a large team. Earlier experience at Sysco spanned over two decades, where key achievements included an $85 million reduction in annualized spending and oversight of IT operations for a substantial revenue business model.
