Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Sysco since 2021, Monica has previously held HR managerial roles at companies including Fresh Express, Constellation Brands, Nestlé USA, LiDestri Food & Beverage, Inc., and Olam. Monica is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University, underscoring a commitment to professional growth and organizational improvement.
