Nathan Lee

Nathan Lee, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. They began their career in retail at Walmart, progressing from cashier to Human Resources Operations Manager, where they oversaw operations for a high-revenue store and led a team in full-cycle recruitment and associate training. They held roles at The Budd Group and True Blue Realty before joining Sysco as a Human Resources Generalist, and currently serve as Human Resources Manager. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.
