Patrick Oliver

Patrick Oliver, J.D., MHRLR, is the Senior Director of Labor Relations at Sysco, where they manage union-free employee relations and oversee the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. They have previously held roles including Director of Labor Relations at Sysco and intern positions at the Kent County Prosecutor's Office and URS Corporation. Patrick earned a J.D. in Business and Corporate Governance and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant. Their extensive experience spans various aspects of labor relations, employee support, and legal consulting.
