Paulette Hope has over 20 years of experience in customer support and IT services. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead and Team Lead for Customer Support at Sysco since September 2003, Paulette manages a remote team and oversees customer support operations for Canadian and US markets. Previous positions include Email Administrator for Microsoft Exchange and Blackberry Exchange Server at Sysco, as well as Email Administrator for Lotus Notes and Help Desk Analyst roles at Sysco Canada and Scott National, respectively. In addition to a degree in Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Paulette is a certified Lotus Professional.
