Polly Fabry is a transformational IT leader with extensive experience in various senior management roles. They began their career in accounting management from 1994 to 2010 before progressing to positions at HP as a Senior IT Manager and Transformation Program Lead from 2010 to 2017. Polly held the role of Director of Service Excellence at United Technologies from 2017 to 2019 and further advanced their career as Senior Director at Carrier from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, they served as Director of Emerging Technology at Aflac from 2022 to 2023 and are currently the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy at Sysco. Polly earned an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Biology from Youngstown State University.
