Additionally, Reed served as Head of Strategy and Operations at Varsity Brands in Dallas, Texas, and held the role of Chief of Staff and Head of Transformation at Herff Jones. Reed's experience includes a tenure as VP Transformation at Platinum Equity focusing on The Unical Group. Military experience includes serving as a Midshipman in the US Navy.
