Robert Appelt

Robert Appelt, CPA, is currently the Director of Internal Audit at Sysco, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit at the same company. Robert's earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Intern at American Cat Con, an Audit Intern at Ernst & Young, and a Consolidation Supervisor at BJ Services. They earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Texas State University-San Marcos, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
