Sara Dement

Sara DeMent has a strong background in the foodservice industry, with experience at Sysco since June 2009. Sara currently holds the title of Regional Vice President Merchandising and has previously served in various roles such as Vice President of Merchandising, Director of Revenue Management, Pricing Manager, Category Analyst, and Category Specialist. Sara also has experience in business resources and coordination. Sara started their career as a Sales Intern and later worked as a ProStart Intern at the Ohio Restaurant Association. Sara holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a degree in Hospitality Management and Business of Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University.
