With a degree in Culinary Arts from Sir George Fleming College, Shawn began a career as a restaurant owner and team building instructor, eventually taking on roles such as Corporate Chef at Caudles Catch Seafood, Seafood Ambassador for Ocean Wise™, and Procurement Specialist at Intercity Packers Meat & Seafood. Currently serving as a Protein Specialist at Sysco, Shawn leverages expertise in various proteins while enhancing sales strategies and product insights. Throughout the career, a consistent focus on sustainable seafood and customer engagement has been evident.
