Sheonna Franklin

Sheonna Franklin is currently the Senior Director of HR Business Partner at Sysco, where they lead strategic HR initiatives. Previously, they worked at Honeywell as a Global HR Leader, developing HR strategies for global departments, and as a Senior HR Generalist, supporting Cybersecurity and Connected Plant lines of business. Sheonna also held various HR roles at Nestlé and UPMC, where they facilitated training programs and managed employee relations. Sheonna earned a BA in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University in 2009.
