Shila Parekh

Shila Parekh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Sysco since October 2022, Shila is instrumental in establishing the Organizational Change Management Office and driving initiatives related to supply chain transportation, M&A HR integration, and organizational design. Prior to Sysco, Shila held the position of Director of Change & Business Process Management at Wesco Distribution, where transformative initiatives were led to achieve significant process efficiencies. Shila's career also includes roles at Northern Trust Corporation, TravelClick, and U.S. Cellular, where notable achievements included process automation initiatives and the successful implementation of e-signature solutions. Shila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University.
