Shiva Kumar Kotha possesses extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Positive Group and a Technology Lead at Sysco since December 2017. Prior to these roles, Shiva held the position of Sr. Systems Analyst at Initech Global from February 2016 to December 2017 and served as a Technology Lead at Infosys from October 2010 to February 2016. Additionally, Shiva began the career as a Software Engineer at SoftSol from January 2008 to October 2010. Academic qualifications include a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arkay College of Engineering and Technology.
