Staci Fairchild

Staci Fairchild is a dynamic, results-driven HR professional with extensive experience in the foodservice industry. They began their career as a Payroll Specialist at Heinold Banwart, Ltd., where they successfully managed payroll for approximately 100 clients. Staci then served as City Clerk and Collector for the Village of Roanoke, overseeing operations, compliance, and financial reporting. They further advanced their career as an HR Manager at Kiefer Aquatics and Waugh Foods, where they built HR departments and implemented best practices. Currently, Staci holds the position of Region VP, Human Resources at Sysco.
