Todd Jones

Todd Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, consulting, and operations management within the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as a Sales & Consulting specialist for Sysco in the Northern Colorado Market since January 2022, Todd is also a Principal Owner at Greyrock Consulting and Services since April 2016. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Rocky Mountain Family Law and General Manager positions at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Happy Sumo Sushi, Red Robin, and Applebee's. Todd has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, highlighted by achievements such as the 2024 Southern Rockies Advisory Committee appointment and recognition in the 2023 Executive Club at Sysco. Educational background includes studies at the University of Colorado Denver, New Mexico State University, and completion of the Applebee's Leadership Institute.
