Vivian Munier

Vivian Munier is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Total Rewards, Operations & HRIS Director at Sysco since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading global compensation and benefits strategies and managing payroll processes. Previously, Vivian held the position of Senior Manager HCM and Compensation at ACT-ON from June 2021 to August 2023, focusing on HR compliance and the evolution of compensation schemes.
