Wesley Matthews

Wesley Matthews, SHRM-CP, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Sysco, overseeing a team of over 500 associates with a focus on orientation, engagement, culture, and training. Previously, Wesley held various roles in operations management at US Foods and served as a Warehousing/Logistics Manager at Gibson Athletic. Wesley also worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Training Specialist at Sysco’s SYGMA Denver location, contributing to HR programs and training initiatives. Wesley's earlier experience includes a role as a Production Engineering Intern at Archer Daniels Midland Company and as a Senior Sales Manager at Frontside Analytics. Wesley earned a BS in Industrial Technology from The University of North Dakota.
