Will Oncken

Will Oncken is the Director of Labor Relations at Sysco, providing legal and strategic guidance to non-union facilities while fostering positive employee relations. With a background as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard, Will has extensive experience in labor law and labor relations, having previously served as an Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins and Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. Will's career also includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at International Paper and as an Attorney at Joye Law Firm, LLP. Will earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
