Monica Soare has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Monica most recently worked as an Accounting Sales for SYSCOM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INC. since 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at G2 Travel since 2015, where they held multiple roles. Monica started as a Tour Coordinator for the Japanese market, where they coordinated groups traveling in European countries and acted as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and different departments. Monica then became a Sales Support, working on communication improvement with European offices based on the needs of the Tokyo Sales Department. Monica also worked as a Senior Tour Coordinator, responsible for coordinating tours, monitoring the activities of the Customer Care team, and handling emergencies when necessary. Monica Soare began their education in 2011 at the University of Bucharest, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language and Culture. Monica completed this degree in 2015. From 2013 to 2014, Monica attended Osaka University, focusing on Japanese Language and Culture studies. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2 certification from The Japan Foundation in December 2015. In subsequent years, Monica acquired various certifications, including ITパスポート試験 (IT Passport Examination) from the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan in August 2021, and the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 in January 2022. Monica also obtained certifications such as Body Language and Women at Work, Learning Outlook 2019, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Train the Trainer, and other related topics from LinkedIn in 2020. Additionally, Monica achieved high scores in the TOEIC exams, earning 985/990 points in the Listening & Reading section and 390/400 points in the Speaking and Writing section, both in November 2020.
