Alex Boylan is a Senior Escalation Manager currently overseeing the Critical Accounts Program at Sysdig, where they ensure the technical needs of high-priority customers are met through direct engagement with engineering and product teams. They previously managed crisis and incident response for the Tanzu portfolio at Broadcom and VMware, as well as led global escalation management at Dell Technologies. With a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s in History and Politics from University College Cork, Alex combines technical expertise with a passion for customer advocacy. Outside of work, they engage in lifelong learning and volunteer in community outreach, particularly for youth advocacy and animal rescue.
