Angela Franklin

Angela Franklin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Angela most recently worked at Sysdig as the Global IT & Workplace Director and also held the position of Director, Global IT. Prior to that, they worked at Cohesity where they held various roles including Sr. Manager Global IT Support, Global IT Support Manager, Client Support Manager, and Senior Desktop Support Engineer. Before Cohesity, Angela worked at Seagate Technology, where they served as a Senior Mobile Engineer and Desktop Support Staff Analyst. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Help Desk Specialist at Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management. Angela has expertise in enterprise mobility management, IT support, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.

Angela Franklin attended Arizona State University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on IT and Business. In 2009, they completed the Leadership Development Program for Managers at Harvard Business School. From 2005 to 2007, Angela attended the University of Phoenix and earned a degree in Business Management with a specialization in IT. Angela also obtained a Project Management Certification from the American Management Association in 2003. In 1993, Angela received an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Geology from Glendale Community College. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Seagate Technology in 2005.
