Ernst Schmidt

Ernst Schmidt has extensive experience in product design and user interface development, currently serving as VP of Product Design at Sysdig since July 2018, where previously held the position of Director of Product Design. Commencing a career at Sysdig as a Designer & Visualization Engineer from January 2017 to January 2018, Schmidt has also worked as a UI/UX Designer at HeavyWater Inc. and within various roles at Sony Music Entertainment, ObjectLab, and Universal Music Group, focusing on interaction design, front-end engineering, and data visualizations using technologies such as D3.js, Bootstrap, and HTML5. Additionally, Schmidt contributed as a D3 Developer at Quantifind and engaged in UI architecture at Radian. Education includes studies at the University of Graz and Technische Universität Graz.
