Kris Semb

Kris Semb has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is the WW Director of Sales and Business Development at Sysdig, where they started in 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Inside Sales at Couchbase from 2019 to 2022.

In 2018, Kris served as the VP Inside Sales at Sonrai Security, where they played a key role in simplifying cloud environments and ensuring their security and compliance.

From 2014 to 2018, Kris held various positions at IBM. Kris was the WW Director of Digital Sales - Security, responsible for evolving the digital sales organization globally. Kris also served as the Worldwide LDR Leader, managing the Lead Development Reps and increasing pipeline yield across all IBM Business Units.

Prior to IBM, Kris worked at IBM Security, where they served as the Director of Sales Development, analyzing data and mentoring Sales Development Representatives. Kris also held the roles of Sales Development Manager and Sales Development Representative.

Kris began their career in 1999 as an Inside Sales representative at ondisplay, followed by positions at vignette, Softface, and Encentuate.

Kris Semb obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, from 1995 to 1996, Kris also studied International Finance at RMIT University.
