Loris Degioanni

Loris Degioanni is the CTO and founder of Sysdig. Loris has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in networking and security.

Loris started their career as a software engineer at Condor Engineering. Loris then transitioned to UC Davis as a post doc researcher. In 2005, they co-founded CACE Technologies and served as the company's CTO for five years. In 2010, they joined Riverbed Technology as the Senior Director of Technology. Loris stayed with Riverbed until 2012 when they left to take some time off to ski in the Alps.

In 2013, Loris founded Sysdig, a cloud-native visibility and security platform for containers, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Under their leadership, Sysdig has become one of the fastest growing startups in Silicon Valley. The company has raised over $190 million in funding and is used by millions of users worldwide.

Loris Degioanni has a PhD in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MSC in Computer Engineering from the same school.
