Marcelo Berges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer at Sysdig since August 2022, Marcelo previously held the position of Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft from July 2020 to December 2022. Prior to Microsoft, Marcelo worked at IBM as a DevOps Engineer and Data Analyst from October 2014 to July 2020. Marcelo possesses a strong technical background in Kubernetes, continuous delivery, Istio, ELK stack, Grafana, and Spark. Marcelo holds a degree from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, completed between 2005 and 2019.
