Martina Vestri

Martina Vestri is an experienced HR professional with a focus on the EMEA region. Currently serving as HR Manager-EMEA at Sysdig since January 2021, Martina is responsible for establishing compliance frameworks and supporting teams across the region. Previously, as Senior HR Manager for UK-Italy at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Martina oversaw HR management for 300 employees and developed training programs to enhance organizational culture. Martina's background includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner at AOL, where oversight extended to 400 employees across multiple European countries, and as an OD Business Partner at Research In Motion, managing reorganizations. With a Master's in HR and Organization from ISTUD and a degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Firenze, Martina has a strong foundation in both HR practices and organizational strategy.
