Michelle Fogwell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer reliability and support engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Reliability at Sysdig since April 2023, Michelle previously held leadership positions at Codefresh, including Global Director of Support and Dev Support Manager. Prior roles at CloudBees included Senior Development Support Engineer and Customer Success Manager, among others. Michelle's early career included positions at PrometheusGroup providing Tier 2 Technical Support and various student roles at the Technology Assistance Center and Corning Incorporated.
