Roald Ruchti

Roald Ruchti has extensive work experience, primarily in sales and leadership roles. Roald currently holds the position of Sales Director Benelux + South Africa at Sysdig since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as Sr. Sales Director EMEA at Gremlin Inc. from February 2020 to January 2021. From January 2017 to February 2020, Roald worked as the Regional Director, EMEA North at Docker, Inc, where they were responsible for building, shipping, and running distributed applications. Before Docker, Inc, they held several roles at EnterpriseDB the PostgreSQL company from June 2013 to January 2017, including Sales Director EMEA North, Senior Account Manager Northern Europe, and Sales Executive Northern Europe. Roald also gained experience at DTG, where they worked from 2007 to 2013 in various roles such as SME Online Marketing, Sales Manager/Online Specialist, Key Account Manager Fieldsales, Talent Poule Trainee, and Team Leader Field Sales. Additionally, they worked at Goudengids BV as a Fieldsales Account Manager Online from September 2007 to November 2008, at Universales as an Account Manager Inside Sales in 2005, and at T-Mobile Netherlands as a CSR Inside Sales from 2003 to 2006.

Roald Ruchti studied at Huygens Lyceum Voorburg from 1996 to 2001, earning a Havo degree in Economics. From 2002 to 2006, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
