Susan Stone

Susan Stone currently serves as the Head of Customer Advocacy Marketing at Sysdig, beginning in August 2022. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Director of Customer Advocacy Marketing at Socure, where expertise in identity verification was utilized to enhance customer relationships. From October 2015 to September 2021, Susan was the Senior Customer Advocacy Manager at BlackBerry, leading a global program to celebrate customer success and amplify their stories. Earlier, as Customer Reference Manager at Good Technology from May 2014 to October 2015, Susan focused on storytelling to highlight customer innovations and driving sales through positive references.
