Wendy Singer

Wendy Singer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Director at Sysdig since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing global legal issues and supporting the Sales team in negotiating commercial deals. Wendy is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Asociación de Abogados de Empresa para Centroamérica and previously held the position of Legal Director for Encora Inc. from April 2021 to March 2023, recognized with a CEO Performance Award in 2022. Wendy's career includes key legal roles at VMware, Fragomen, and Oracle, where expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, and compliance has been demonstrated. Academically, Wendy holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law and Practice from The University of Edinburgh and an MBA in Sales and Marketing Strategies from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, among other degrees in law.
