Timothy Cole

Timothy Cole is an experienced ICT Supervising Consultant at Syska Hennessy Group since October 2025, managing data center projects with a focus on timely and budget-compliant delivery. Previously, Timothy served as a Service Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems from January 2023 to October 2025, overseeing Verizon Wireless 4G LTE GridWide software and hardware components while collaborating with engineers and product managers. Timothy has also held various management roles, including Director of IT Operations at Aetheros, where supervision of a team and vendor relationships were key responsibilities, and Data Center Operations Manager at Zuora and Sony Interactive Entertainment, overseeing operations and strategic planning in significant data centers. Timothy's early career included leadership positions in project management and technical operations, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland.
