Hafizh Nalviando

Hafizh Nalviando is a skilled professional with extensive experience in training and customer care within the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as the Lead Training Center at Sysmex Asia Pacific since August 2017. In this role, Hafizh has ensured standard competencies for technical staff and successfully implemented the Caresphere Academy platform while conducting numerous training sessions to enhance user competency. Previous positions include Assistant Manager and Senior Application Specialist, where Hafizh specialized in instrument training and customer support. Prior to Sysmex, Hafizh held research and laboratory assistant roles at respected institutions such as the Eijkman Institute and Bogor Agricultural University. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Business at SB IPB University, Hafizh holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from IPB University.
