Anxhela Jovani is an experienced professional in virtual training and instructional design, currently serving as the International Virtual Training Manager at Sysmex Europe since February 2021. In this role, Anxhela Jovani is responsible for evaluating and developing innovative virtual learning solutions, integrating online and classroom training, and ensuring global implementation meets regional needs. Prior to Sysmex Europe, Anxhela Jovani held various roles at arago GmbH from August 2014 to February 2021, including Training Manager, AI Expert, Senior Automation Expert, and IT Consultant, where key contributions included establishing new training structures, managing learning management systems, and creating training content for artificial intelligence software.
