Carsten Matz

Carsten Matz, PhD, is currently serving as the Head of Digital Lab Solutions at Sysmex Europe, focusing on the development of innovative software solutions and new businesses. Prior to this role, Carsten held various positions at Roche Diagnostics Europe, including Head of Marketing for Digital Lab Solutions and Business Unit Head for Digital Pathology. With a background in molecular diagnostics and a Ph.D. in Biology from Kiel University, Carsten has a wealth of experience in digital business transformation, market development, and product management within the healthcare industry.
