Wael Salah

Wael Salah is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Leader Central Area and Regional Technical Trainer at Sysmex Middle East FZ - LLC since November 2008. Wael manages the central service team, overseeing VIP, private, and Ministry of Health contracts while ensuring high-quality service through real-time KPI implementation. Previously, Wael held roles including Senior Biomedical Engineer and Biomedical Service Engineer, demonstrating expertise in technical support and training for VIP customers in the EMEA region. Wael commenced a career in healthcare with a trainee position at King Khalid University Hospital, where hands-on experience in the Renal Dialysis Unit was gained. Wael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Sudan University of Science & Technology and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
