Chantel Rodrigues holds an LLB and is an Associate CIPD with extensive experience in legal affairs, particularly in labour and employment law. Currently serving as Legal Affairs Manager at Sysmex UK since July 2022, Rodrigues previously worked as a Junior Legal Officer at Ukheshe Technologies and as an Administrator at Frossell Recruitment. As the founder and manager of Rodrigues Labour Consults from 2018 to August 2021, Rodrigues specialized in mediation and litigation processes within labour law. Additional experience includes roles at ØRN Clothing, Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc, LSC SIMUNYE, LNA Attorneys, and SNA Attorneys, where Rodrigues developed a strong foundation in various legal areas. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from CIPD, and completion of the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations at Kaplan Law School.
