Benedicta Ajavon

Benedicta Ajavon is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for West and Central Africa at Sysmex Corporation since December 2017. With extensive experience as a Learning and Development Professional at MTN Academy, Benedicta is also an accredited facilitator by Deloitte. Previous roles include part-time trainer in Human Resource Information Systems at the Global Institute of Resource Development and positions in quality assurance, economic planning, and education. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Methodist University College Ghana, a Diploma in French Language from CIRLE, and a Bachelor of Education in Arts with a French major from the University of Cape Coast.
