The Analysis and Strategy team at Syssero® is responsible for evaluating client needs and developing strategic plans to enhance their Workday® solutions. This involves the Workday Account Manager overseeing client relationships, the Strategic Business Analyst identifying business improvement opportunities, and the IT and HR Analysts assessing technical and human resource requirements. Together, they ensure custom solutions are tailored to maximize clients' Workday® investments and drive continuous improvement.
