Manya Ghobadi

Manya Ghobadi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Systalyze, a position held since January 2025. Currently serving as an Associate Professor with Tenure at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since October 2018, Manya previously held the role of Assistant Professor there. Prior experience includes working as a Researcher and Postdoc at Microsoft Research from 2014 to 2018 and as a Software Engineer at Google from 2012 to 2014. Manya Ghobadi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2013, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Victoria from 2005 to 2007, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology from 2001 to 2005.
